The simulation center is a training center where a clinical environment is created by means of appropriate material and technical bases (mannequins, medical instruments, computer technologies, etc.), and clinical skills are developed by students.

The mission of the center is to promote the development of clinical/professional skills in future doctors and in this way train a highly qualified staff.

The center aims to develop sectoral skills for students within the educational programs of the faculties of Medicine and Dentistry and prepare qualified, competitive graduates.

Functions of the Center

The functions of the center are as follows:

  1. creating a student-oriented environment and development of sectoral skills of students within educational programs;
  2. realization of teaching courses provided by educational programs in a simulation environment;
  3. modeling of medical cases using modern medical technologies and implementation of targeted practice;
  4. Implementation of OSCE, methodology, and objective assessment of students’ clinical skills in various simulated clinical environments.
